How we use your details

CatSitz is run by CatSitz Ltd (company number 17500017) registered office 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

When you sign up to be notified, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give them, your first name and borough.

We use them only to tell you when CatSitz opens near you and to send occasional launch updates. We ask for your consent, and you can withdraw it any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing hello@catsitz.com.

We use service providers to run this site and send our emails. They handle your details only on our instructions and only to provide those services.

We keep your details until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after we open in your area.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

If you contact us through our contact form, we collect your name, your email address, what your message is about and the message itself. We use them only to reply to you and deal with your enquiry, and we don't add you to any mailing list. We keep contact messages for 12 months after our last reply, then delete them.
